The Chef

Chef Maya Ortiz trained in Copenhagen and Mexico City before returning home to craft menus that honor tradition while pushing boundaries—always in sync with the season.

Before you gather

A few notes for first-time guests and returning members.

How do I get a seat?

Reserve an upcoming supper through the Events section. Choose a date and seating time, pick your area and menu, then pay to confirm your place instantly.

When do I pay?

Payment is collected when you book. Your reservation is confirmed as soon as checkout succeeds. A confirmation email follows immediately, with a reminder 24 hours before your sitting.

Where is the venue?

Exact address details are sent only to confirmed guests closer to the date, so the evening stays intimate and private.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Absolutely—share allergies or preferences when you reserve. We craft the menu around the table and do our best to honor every request noted in advance.

What should I wear?

Smart casual is perfect. Think elevated but comfortable—something you’d wear to a special dinner with friends.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability and a 10% fee, or transfer your seat by notifying us in advance. If we cancel the sitting, the amount paid is refunded in full. Read the full policy.
